The Friends Select curriculum reflects the intentional, imaginative planning and pedagogy of faculty whose passion for learning informs the process of teaching. In each subject area, specific conceptual threads are introduced and then developed, year-by-year, throughout the 14 years of a Friends Select education. The result is an exceptoinal degree of continuity and coherence. The curiculum also is notable for its emphasis on the skills of research, writing, listening, and oral and visual presentation.
