The lower school fall sports clinic for students in grades 3-5 will be conducted on Friday,
October 29, 2010 from 2-3:00 p.m. Please fill out the information below including the name of the student, grade and choice of clinic. Name: Grade: Clinic Choice: Soccer__________ Field Hockey__________ Students should come prepared to participate in the clinic. A shirt, shorts and sneakers are
