The Friends Education Equity Collaborative (FEEC)
This Special Purpose Entity (LLC) of local Quaker schools and the Friends Council on Education formed in 2016 to collectively acquire tax credits offered through the Pennsylvania Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Qualified individuals now have the opportunity to take advantage of these tax credits to support qualified scholarship organization like Friends Select School.
Eligible investors who commit to a contribution of at least $3,000 for two years may receive PA income tax credits of 90% of their investment. Donations from individuals may also qualify for federal tax deductions.
The chart below is an example of how PA EITC tax credits can help both you and Friends Select School:
PA Taxable Income of Donor

PA State Tax Credit 90%
Charitable Deduction 33%
